Tears Of Yggdrasil is a fantasy themed, slice of life visual novel game with a some elements of dating-sim; fully voiced and extensively interactive!
Each path you take will get you to a unique ending.

The story revolves around our protagonist Yamakazi Kusanagi, who wakes up after a big earthquake in Alfheim the land of elves with out any knowledge of how he got there or how to get back home. Now he must not only figure how to get back home but also what caused him to be brought here and he must also find out if there is any connections between the so called earth shaking in Alfheim and the earthquakes back home while trying to stay alive and figure out who is trying to assassinate the princess and take over the kingdom.

Does this person have anything to do with his being here or is this person connected to the earthquakes?

Am I missing something? This game was highly reccomended to me, but all I did was click and read some stuff. No choices, no decisions, nothing... and I get the "Love Ending" and that's it.
This isn't a game. It's a VERY short story, and a stupid and shallow one at that, with some odd "trial" thing at the beginning, and then just click to the end.
Seriously, am I missing a choice here?

Before saying it's a " stupid and shallow " story, did you even try to get the other endings ? I guess you didn't. Plus, this game is still on beta as it's mentioned above.
Anyway, I get three endings and I bet there's more coming soon and I'm looking forward it. Good job guys ! :)

Hello, Not sure if you are missing something or not. But this is a Visual Novel as stated in the summary. The choices you make decide what ending you will have. Their are over 3 endings at the moment for you to get. It's a very short story its only the first part in a long story to come. Please keep in mind this is still a self-funded (alpha funding) work in progress.

Thank you.

The game is still in beta, but it's possible to get some endings, which is nice. So far I really enjoyed what I've seen. I really wonder what will happen after the moment we can't continue the story right now. =)
But from what I've experienced I can say the voice acting is made really nice and I really enjoyed the voices of all the characters in the game. The arts are made in a very professional way and at some points it's hard to stop just watching that. After playing beta I believe the final product will be something great.

I've recorded my gameplay of the shortest part of that beta in which it's possible to get an ending. You can check it out here:

Please add an option to disable the slow revealing text, it's immensly annoying when you're a fast reader.
